FogBugzLink plugin is Outlook 2010 addin that parses text of an e-mail and replaces all occurences of "FBxxx" and "FB xxx" (meaning FogBugz ticket number xxx) with hyperlink to the ticket description on a fogbugz server. Since the plugin just cannot be used by anyone, the source code for Visual Studio 2010 is available for download and modification.
